Methodology · ReNo 2.0

Beauty on the surface. Method underneath.

A beautiful universe rests on a strict measure. Here is how ReNo reads you — enough to trust the result.

Everything that shines in your universe was measured. Nothing was invented.
The coordinate system

Five axes of character

O
Energy
Where energy comes from — the outer world of people and motion, or the quiet within.
O · W
C
Information
What you trust — facts and detail, or the whole picture and the links between things.
C · A
L
Decision
How you decide — by reasoning and principle, or by values and people.
L · V
D
Structure
How you meet the day — with a plan, or by keeping room to move.
D · F
S
Emotionnew
How you meet pressure — steady, or vivid and reactive. New in ReNo 2.0.
S · R
Scales, not types

A continuous 0–100 scale

Each axis is measured continuously, then translated into something readable: a pole — which way you lean — and a band from 0 to 5 for how strongly. The band is a reading aid, never the maths. Every calculation runs on the raw score.

5
very strong
4

3

2

1

Three levels of depth

Stars, planets, moons

Each axis opens into two nested levels — no deeper. Below that lie only individual items; deeper would be structure without substance.

Star
Axis

Five broad axes — the coordinate system itself. Frozen, and they never change.

Planet
Facet

3–5 facets per axis: distinct sub-traits with their own mini-scales. They refine the picture beneath the axis but never overwrite its score.

Moon
Nuance

The finest level: narrow shades within a facet. First an estimate "in haze", then "in focus" as it is refined.

Vocabulary

Wonder on the surface, a construct underneath

Every word from the universe maps onto a construct from the methodology.

Honestly

The full instrument — the questions, the key, and the calibration — is in validation and stays closed. This page shows the shape of the method, not its machinery. We'd rather show our reasoning than our recipe.
